Grocery gap keeping many areas from having fresh produce

COLUMBIA, SC (WACH) — Imagine living in an area, where accessing fresh food is a struggle. These areas are called food deserts, it’s a place where low income people may not have access to a car, or access to a store that sells fresh foods. Food deserts are even here in Midlands.
