Sometimes we all need a little encouragement

There is strong evidence that text message-based health interventions improve health and increase healthy behaviors. At FoodShare, we believe that we all can do our part to help each other out and we have created FOODSHARE TEXT TIPS to assist individuals with high blood pressure or diabetes by offering health tips, healthy recipes and simple words of encouragement on a regular basis.

This free service will send up to three text messages a week to subscribers. It’s easy to opt-in and it’s also easy to opt-out if the individual decides that they no longer wish to receive the texts.
