If you haven’t noticed I really enjoy making wraps/ bowls out of other food items as well: 1. it’s way healthier and 2. it only adds to the flavors in your meal! What’s not to like? Oh it helps that it takes literally 2 seconds, so when you think oh man I don’t have any more wraps, go look in your food box because I bet you’d be surprised at how many things you can use instead.

Directions:
-Cut apple in half, not lengthwise, but right between the top and bottom (It’d be like cutting it hamburger style, not hotdog if that makes sense)
-Core out the seeds with a spoon
-Stuff!

I stuffed mine with my tuna salad recipe I posted earlier and some peanut butter, shredded coconut, and cinnamon- it was the perfect combo of savory and sweet, but you could stuff yours with chicken salad (really any type of salad) another fruit to make a fruit salad, yogurt, granola, honey- really the possibilities are endless!
