The Statewide Network Coordinator position will be responsible for sustaining and expanding our statewide network.
- The Network Coordinator will provide ongoing training and support to current member FoodShare hubs throughout the state.
- Travel to existing and potentially new member hubs. A combination of Zoom, phone, email, and in-person meetings will be required.
- Assess areas where member hubs can improve on operations and systems resulting in increased numbers of customers served.
- Additionally, this position will be responsible for identifying and working with new non-profits who will replicate the FoodShare model. Identify opportunities to grow and expand FoodShare’s programming.
- Develop relationships with nonprofit partners in counties where no FoodShare program currently exists
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in business development and planning and/or social enterprise development.
- Proven networking, community engagement, relationship-building, and/or partnership development experience.
- Commitment to principles of food justice.
