Ordering Directions: First time customers complete the New Customer Form and be sure to select Billy's General store as your pick up site. Existing customers wanting to move their box pick-up location to the Billy's General Store please text us at 855-949-5578 to make the updates on your account.

Pick-Up Directions: Please ask Billy’s store associate at counter for box pickup. Box pick up times are Thursday 12:00pm-6:00pm and Friday 7:00am-2:00pm. Any boxes not picked up by Friday at 2:00pm will be donated.
