Avocado and Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 Bananas
  • 2 Avocados
  • 3 Tablespoons of lemon juice, about one lemon if using fresh
  • 4 teaspoons honey

Instructions:

  1. One day before making the recipe, peel the bananas and split them in three parts. Put them in a container or plastic bag and freeze overnight.
  2. The next day, put bananas, avocados, lemon juice, and honey into a blender. Mix for 3-5 minutes, until it’s very smooth.
  3. Spoon the mixture equally into 4 glasses. Decorate each with a piece of avocado and a piece of lemon peel.
