Pineapple and Radish Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 cups diced fresh pineapple
- 1 cup sliced radishes (from about 6-8 radishes)
- 3 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1 Tablespoon minced jalapeño pepper
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 green onions (white and light green portions) thinly sliced, optional
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl, tossing to combine.
- You can serve this salsa immediately. Or cover and refrigerate it for up to 1 day before serving.
