JUST ANNOUNCED: Based on guidance from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) on Thursday, November 13th, SCDSS will issue full SNAP benefits for the month of November 2025 to approved and qualified households.

• SNAP benefits for November 2025 will be available on EBT cards on Friday, November 14^th for the following groups:
  • Newly approved SNAP households whose benefits were authorized between October 16^th and November 13^th.
  • SNAP households with a monthly issuance date between the 1^st and the 14^th.
•  SNAP households whose monthly issuance date falls between the 15^th and the 19^th will receive their November benefit on their regularly scheduled issuance date.
