Ashley Page Bookhart selected to Riley Fellows DLI Program

Ashley Page Bookhart, Director of Programs & Rural Outreach has been selected as a member of the Midlands Riley Fellows Diversity Leaders Initiative Program. For over 20 years, DLI, hosted by the Riley Institute at Furman University, has been uniting stakeholders and equipping leaders with the tools and perspectives needed to leverage the unique skills and insights of their employees as a way to improve organizational outcomes and drive progress. Ashley was nominated by a DLI graduate and selected her desire and ability to implement meaningful practices and achieve impactful solutions.

Over the next five months, Ashley will explore a wide array of topics through case studies and conversation with fellow class members. The program will conclude with a community action project that requires participants to work with a small cross-sector group to address a challenge in their community. Upon graduation from the program, fellows join a statewide network of more than 3,000 alumni who are actively making change in their communities.
