Avo-Nana Oatmeal Bites

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1/2 ripe Avocado, seeded and peeled
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or imitation extract
- 3 Tablespoons mini chocolate chips, optional
Instructions

- In a small bowl, mix together the oats, cinnamon
- Peel the banana and avocado.
- Using a fork, mash the banana and avocado in a separate bowl. Add the peanut butter, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract and mix.
- Combine the ingredients in both bowls, add chocolate chips if using and mix together.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour
- Scoop 1 ½ Tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate. Enjoy!
- For an extra crunch try adding chopped nuts of your choice to the top of each ball
