Avocado Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup of orange juice, or more to preference
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- ½ ripe avocado, pit removed peeled and cubed
- 1 tablespoon honey, optional
Instructions:
- In a blender or food processor combine all ingredients. If necessary, stop the blender and carefully stir ingredients, then blend again until smooth.
- Taste smoothie and add more orange juice to thin and honey if using.
- Pour into a large glass and enjoy.
Notes/Variations:
- If the smoothie is not thick enough, you can add ice cubes until desired consistency is met.
