Avocado Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of orange juice, or more to preference
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • ½ ripe avocado, pit removed peeled and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon honey, optional

Instructions:

  1. In a blender or food processor combine all ingredients. If necessary, stop the blender and carefully stir ingredients, then blend again until smooth.
  2. Taste smoothie and add more orange juice to thin and honey if using.
  3. Pour into a large glass and enjoy.

Notes/Variations:

  • If the smoothie is not thick enough, you can add ice cubes until desired consistency is met.
