Avocado Dip
Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
- 1 avocado, pit removed and peeled
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons onion, minced
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt, plain
- ¼ teaspoon hot sauce, optional
Instructions:
- Combine garlic and avocado and mash until smooth
- Add salt, hot sauce (if using), lemon juice and onion. Mix well.
- Add yogurt and mix well.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Serve with your favorite raw veggies like cucumbers, peppers, or with pita chips!
Notes/Variations:
- Leftovers may be kept in an airtight container overnight.
