High Fiber Avocado & Tomato Wrap


  • 1 High Fiber Tortilla
  • 1 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/3 of an avocado, sliced
  • garlic salt
  • pepper


  • In a toaster over or in your regular oven broil the cheese on the tortilla
  • Carefully remove from oven and place on a plate
  • Add tomatoes down the center of the tortilla and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper
  • Add avocado slices and add a little bit more garlic salt and pepper
  • Fold and enjoy!
