Homemade “No-Salt” Seasoning

Lose the salt without losing the flavor! Make your own no-salt seasoning mix!

Ingredients:

  • 5 Teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 Tablespoon paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon ground mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 Teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon pepper

Directions:

  • Mix everything together. Place in a small shaker or container.
  • Use with meats and vegetables.
  • Makes about 4 ounces.
