Jicama Sticks
Ingredients
- Juice of 1 Lime (about 2-3 Tablespoons)
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 large Jicama, peeled and cut into sticks
- Salt, to taste
- Cilantro, chopped
Instructions:
- Peel jicama and cut into sticks.
- Squeeze the lime over the jicama. Sprinkle with chili powder.
- Season with salt to taste and chopped cilantro. Serve!
