Jicama Sticks

Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 Lime (about 2-3 Tablespoons)
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 large Jicama, peeled and cut into sticks
  • Salt, to taste
  • Cilantro, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Peel jicama and cut into sticks.
  2. Squeeze the lime over the jicama. Sprinkle with chili powder.
  3. Season with salt to taste and chopped cilantro. Serve!
