Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

This thick, creamy, naturally-sweetened Smoothie is guaranteed to brighten your morning. Easy and filling, it’s made with simple ingredients, and the tried-and-true flavor combination is scrumptiousness you can sip!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup 2% milk or desired nut milk
  • 1 large banana cut into chunks and frozen
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Ice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender in the order listed: milk, banana, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and cinnamon.
  2. Blend until smooth. If you’d like the smoothie thicker, add a few ice cubes and blend again. Pour and enjoy!
