Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
This thick, creamy, naturally-sweetened Smoothie is guaranteed to brighten your morning. Easy and filling, it’s made with simple ingredients, and the tried-and-true flavor combination is scrumptiousness you can sip!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup 2% milk or desired nut milk
- 1 large banana cut into chunks and frozen
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Ice (optional)
Instructions:
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender in the order listed: milk, banana, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and cinnamon.
- Blend until smooth. If you’d like the smoothie thicker, add a few ice cubes and blend again. Pour and enjoy!
