Pineapple and Jicama Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1 cup jicama, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh cilantro
- Chili powder (to taste)
Instructions:
- Stir together the pineapple, jicama, orange juice, lime juice, and honey.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Just before serving, toss with cilantro and sprinkle with chili powder to taste.
