Raw Mushroom Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoons oil
  • 1 Tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 Tablespoons parsley minced
  • 1 clove garlic minced, or ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss well.
  2. Taste for seasoning and add more salt and pepper to taste. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
