Raw Mushroom Salad

Ingredients
- 8 ounces Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoons oil
- 1 Tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
- 1 Tablespoons parsley minced
- 1 clove garlic minced, or ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss well.
- Taste for seasoning and add more salt and pepper to taste. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
