Souped-Up Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 (10.75 ounces) can of Condensed Soup
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 potato, cut in small cubes
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • Black Pepper to taste or Ground Chili Powder to taste

Stovetop Instructions:

  1. Pour one can of condensed soup into your pot with one can of water.
  2. Add chopped vegetables.
  3. Cook soup on medium until vegetables are tender.
  4. Season to taste.

Stovetop Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Heat on medium-high for 4–5 or until vegetables are soft. Stir once or twice during cooking.
