Souped-Up Soup
Ingredients
- 1 (10.75 ounces) can of Condensed Soup
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 potato, cut in small cubes
- 1 carrot, diced
- Black Pepper to taste or Ground Chili Powder to taste
Stovetop Instructions:
- Pour one can of condensed soup into your pot with one can of water.
- Add chopped vegetables.
- Cook soup on medium until vegetables are tender.
- Season to taste.
Stovetop Instructions:
- Put all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat on medium-high for 4–5 or until vegetables are soft. Stir once or twice during cooking.
