Summer Sauteed Corn and Onions
Ingredients
- 3 ears of fresh corn
- 1 onion
- Kosher salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Remove the corn kernels from the cobs.
- Thinly slice onion.
- Sauté the onion in the olive oil for about 5 minutes.
- Add the corn and season with 1/4 teaspoon pepper and a heavy pinch of kosher salt.
