Currently sitting in an airport dreaming about these potatoes that I will not be eating for dinner.
Praying for some decent airport food, but not getting my hopes up. Anyways, these babies are the French fries you won’t have to feel guilty about eating. And they’re incredible to top it off!
-cut red potatoes into quarters and place in large bowl
-drizzle with olive oil and dust whatever seasoning your heart desires! We used a chipotle seasoning mix, but the possibilities are endless
Just some ideas: salt and pepper, minced garlic, garlic powder, Rosemary, mint, lemon juice and basil, red chili flakes
-bake in the oven at 450 for between 35 and 45 minutes until crispy and delicious
-top with ketchup and cheese if you’re weird like me and like to make mini pizza fry things
