Simple Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets and the stalks cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (or 1 Tablespoon fresh, chopped)
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread seasoned cauliflower on a large baking sheet (use two sheets if they are crowded on one).
  3. Roast for 15 minutes; remove from oven and stir. Continue roasting for 10 more minutes or until cauliflower is tender and lightly browned.
